HOUSING for laser device
Project is housing for diode surgical laser for precise skin and subcutaneous treatment. It works on very low wave longitude. A touch display is used for controlling the device. Different treatment heads can be employed.
The project consisted of adjusting the size of the casing to the existing subassemblies and to make it functional and ergonomic in assembling, use and servicing.
The aim was to make the smallest laser in this category. A series of analyses carried out in clinics and at the producer’s plant allowed a proper diagnosis of the problems to be solved.
Symmetric docks / hangers system, made of soft material, can be placed on both sides of the unit, depending on the doctor’s needs. The tray in the upper part of the casing can be used to put aside basic accessories such as protection glasses or replaceable spacers for laser heads. The power supply switch and emergency switch are situated in visible and easily accessible place.
The unit ventilation is hidden in the lower part of the device and provides a forced air circulation. The undercuttings in the walls on the sides of the unit make holding and transporting the device easier.
